I don't know United States laws concerning recording and taking picture in the voting booth but I know that in some places is illegal. Nevertheless, if someone for example, is comming to vote naked or masturbating, it's clear that you will call the police and they will take him/her and "denying a vote" which is constitutionally protected. Same if you yell or act inapropriately in the vote place, some people can argue that other people may be scared and get back home, hindering an ability to vote. I don't know if the person recording is breaking a law, and I don't know if the security guy is a tyrant. But if this go to court and if I was M.Ex-cop, I will argue that the recorder was voluntarly trying to provoke a scene and perturbate the vote process of the place.
