16. In California attorneys have to file paperwork to have a judge investigated and that happens in a different court so they don’t get protection from their friends in court. That is what Steel needs to do. It’s called a 300 or 800 evaluation here in California so not sure what it is or if they even have that in Georgia. I saw it happen when I was in family court for custody and it was clear that the judge had no idea what was going on and his main clerk was running everything. Every case she was telling him a synopsis of what the case was about. When he would fluster on what he was supposed to say the clerk spoke up and said did you want this plaintiff/defendant to do this sir? It was ridiculous. Judge was forced to retire and clerk was taken out of her head clerk position and put in job not in a court room.
