I was thinking why she's not starting by stating the imp. points of FIR and statements 161 and (164 CrPC in this matter) but Lordship heard it soo well plus 3 months only, still presenting the matter very nicely plus 164 often attracts 438 or anticipatory bail but boy consent of the minor girl is no consent at all, I'm surprised that accused is not in custody already.
