I was working on a story at the Bellevue School District at 12111 NE 1st St, Bellevue, WA 98005. I was looking to get a public records request regarding the Grants Pass SCOTUS case and how it would impact homeless staying on District property. The District counsel, Shannon McMinimee, lost it when she saw me recording my records request, and the rest is history. Watch this lawyer and CONSTITUTIONAL LAW INSTRUCTOR, completely flub up this encounter and try to do everything she can to violate my Liberties with my free spreech and press.

I can understand why she doesn't like to be recorded. Viewing the images back could be even more traumatic for her than it's been for us.
This lawyer is an embarrassment I don't even know how she became one when she doesn't know a damn thing about the laws… I mean she obviously was down on her knees or something because nobody would have given her I pass on a bar exam with her unintelligent ass, it's shocking that she is in the position that she's in and is actually very scary and the public should very much know about her and her how very unintelligent is and her misunderstanding of the law so they don't get tangled up with her as a lawyer for them ever!

I have found many attorneys are like this. They don't really know the Constitution or basic laws. This woman just didn't like what you are doing, and she thought that you would yield to her knowledge if she announced to you that she was an attorney. If she is an attorney, then she must be right.
