11. To give an answer to DUIguy+’s question as to whether I delete any phone calls. I would have to say that I don’t. The “potential spam” calls I simply block the number but I don’t go through the steps to actually delete those – or any others. Maybe I should if it eats up memory or data space in some way. But in all my years of owning a cell phone I’ve never deleted phone calls.

    Now texts……that is a different answer entirely.

13. When a lawyer makes an objection at trial aren’t they supposed state why I don’t recall ever hearing the prosecution ever state why they are objecting and the judge automatically sustains the objection
