Kenneth “Woody” Copeland’s direct-exam is quite the marathon, and he made clear he’s getting tired of it during a string of questions on Thursday afternoon from Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Simone Hylton.
“I’m drained!”
One of the biggest skills a trial lawyer needs is the ability to think on your feet, and Hylton shows she’s trying to do that by listening to what Copeland’s saying and trying to turn it back around on him. But it doesn’t seem to get her much from Woody.

Woody is not dumb by any means he might not articulate his words away. People want him to think he should but he is by no means stupid or dumb. He’s very intelligent. That’s my opinion.
