I can already see Zoey plotting to use information she is finding in a confidential work setting to try and manipulate Wayne and Tony, or even sell or scam Wayne's business and personal information for money. Zoey's underhandedness will likely cause Wayne to fire Natasha as his attorney. And Natasha doesn't even realize she needs Zoey to sign an NDA if she is going to let her work at that office.
