Its true many defendants are guilty of all charges BUT it is had to think a judge, who reads your history as the case is called, makes decisions that effect your life forever that they spend between 5 to 30 minutes with… with your life… If the judge has had a bad day beware what you may be charged with…

9. It's wild that passengers are also charged with the driver's crimes. There's no way she got into the car with the understanding that the driver would flee a traffic stop and drag a cop.

10. $460 and missed serving a weekend – served 60 days and the judge thinks she needs to stay in jail? That's really irrational, and extreme!

Jail won’t do any better than probation UNTIL she gets a clue as to her life.Mr. Brown is a perfect example of not exercising his right to remain silent. I’m sure he will be spending considerable time in jail.
