What should you do if the cops come to your home WITHOUT a warrant and refuse to leave?
As an attorney, I want everyone who sees this video to know that you should NEVER try to physically fight the cops and remove them from your property. Believe it or not, people try to do a citizen’s arrest and attempt to take down the cops. This will ONLY end up in more charges and severe physical injuries if you do this.
The right thing to do is film the cops refusing to leave your home, turn on any exterior video cameras you have, and retreat into your home. If you do this, you will not only avoid felony charges and physical danger, but you could get paid a ton of money if the cops are found guilty of violating your fourth amendment right. Save any video footage and send them to a civil attorney later.

🐷’s are unbelievable with their claims of “oh no! I feel that my life is in jeopardy even though we outnumber you and are ALL carrying deadly weapons 😭”. Cops are the one’s constantly abusing their power, lying for each other and always screaming like children while using excessive force 🙄
About that "Shut your Door" line, be very aware that in some States, Cops are still allowed to use the old "Foot in the Door Trick"! (Slips their foot into the Doorway slightly, so that their Foot will be "Bumped" by the closing Door), when the Foot get's Bumped, the Cops will Storm into the House, to make an Arrest for Assault on a Police Officer!

Install cameras, heavy doors, and locks. Install speak easy doors and peep holes. Have flower pots that friends and family can smash on the lawn as a distraction. Fences and hedges. Tall fences! Gates and signs!

I'm wondering where in the constitution "furtive movements" are listed as an exception to your 4th amendment rights. Furtive movements is a doctrine wholly made up by the courts to circumvent our rights.
Call your lawyer or get one. They be happy to get this case. Call 911 and report them while grabbing their superiors number and badge. Than just wait. Go for the lawsuit.
