When prosecutor was questioning detective Mr. Steele literally said asked and answered, and the judge overrule it, even though the cop on the stand just said “as I said a few minutes ago” literally because it was asked and answered. This judge is so biased. I guarantee if roles were reversed and when Steele is cross examining and state says “asked and answered” the judge will sustain it.
