  1. If I ever face serious criminal charges then I pray that I get state prosecutors like we have in this case.

Rewriting the guide on how to self sabotage your case and invent new grounds to appeal that should and would otherwise not exist. Looking scatty and out of their depth, careless mistake after mistake.

  2. Anyone else feel that there has been nothing substantive added to the state’s case to date since trial started last week? Everything that has been discussed so far are crimes under Georgia law that already have been adjudicated either with jail time, probation, or both years ago. Trying to pin new charges of RICO act violations seems like double jeopardy which makes this case seem ridiculous.

  3. It's funny how these guys locked up as a threat to society but Donald Trump is free and he is a bigger threat but justice is fair SMH this is sad for America especially African Americans

  4. All my tax money again being spent loosely and my last filing was over 485.000 this year I'm tired of criminals and corruption in the system corrupt cops I've been franchise owner of 16 McDonald's locations for 34 years and the whole state stinks

  5. Have they even proved that the untested pills were drugs? Have they even proved that the stuff was for sale and not just for consumption of the person who had them? When I say they I mean the prosecution.

  6. I'm under the impression that all are subject to the same rules of law, I've been told that Mr. Williams has been denied the privilege of making bond, although others with the same charges have, what makes this case so different?

  7. Why are we hearing 7 hours worth of petty 20$ weed deals that have nothing to do with the people involved in the actual case 😭😭😭

  8. I'm yet to see the evidence of this big criminal enterprise that they alledged he was running. Are they really implying this million dollar rich rapper was out here making his gang members sell 20 dollar worth of weed?

  9. So originally 4 bags with pills & bath salts get found & then an extra bag is somehow included??? How do we know where that bag was found & who had it?? Also bath salts & MDMA are a section 1 drug, 30+grams. Very shady. Defence did a good job bringing this to light. I'd have reasonable doubt already. If this started with shady stuff going on its obv they would keep that up throughout the investigation. Not the way this should be done. Huge questions…..

  10. These people must have an excellent memory. With all the people they stop over the years and lab testing they've done, they seem to remember these one incidences in detail. Even if they're looking at a report or statement…there's a lot that goes on in 10 years.

  11. Brian Steel file an appeal for motion to dismiss with the higher courts on 11/30/2023. It explains why he’s been so chilled in court. Jeff will be home soon! ❤

  12. This is so frustrating to watch I can’t imagine the jurors. Never starts on time, comfort breaks turn into whenever. This jury is giving their time and I would think starting on time and having them waiting wouldn’t be going on. Of course lots of attorneys and maybe that’s why. Idk.
