Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia’s RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a “criminal street gang” from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang. Opening statements will take place on November 27.

This case has really proven to me that people of color are guilty until they prove their innocence I see so much bias with this judge he acts like he’s being fair but in reality he’s not other than the murder allegations these other crimes are petty there talking about grams of marijuana I’m used to hearing about kilos in these types of cases
