21. i've held the same belief. they're all lucky. a lot of people could've lost their lives. his ex clarified the bar situation and pretrial rulings. he was going over there for drxgs and had been selling at the bar that day. she was uncomfortable going to a (basically) trap house and told him no. she didn't fight him on it when he took her keys. had she fought him over the car, i bet she would've been victim 1

DutyRon, I think that WW wasn't the person being referred to about the brain injury from a motorcycle crash, that was the defendant in the case that the defense cited in trying to show previous court action with regards to testing for TBIs. Also, this Judge pointed out that in the cited case, the brain scan was completed prior to the trial of the other defendant.

26. I don't think that police officer wanted to get out of his vehicle and get close to him at all. He could of parked his vehicle different to keep Wade parked. Another thing the cop should of waited till another cop was available before even getting up to him…

28. I think the court needs to do their due diligence to prevent appellate issues and there may be issues consistent with brain damage- perhaps his mom did use substances even though his bio dad has shared she didn’t. I think him having the scan could be helpful. Just my two cents.
