18. No wonder she wanted to get away from him. You can't force someone to love you. The more he pushed her to love him the more he pushed her away. And now where is she? It doesn't look good but I hope she is hiding from him. Probably not because I doubt she would hide from her children

26. He wasn’t a desperate man, he was an abuser. Nobody that loves someone wants them to feel like they are alone and nobody really cares about them. Nobody that loves someone wants to make them fully dependent on just one person, because that would be detrimental. That is how coercive control looks, that so many times is misused, but in this case is real coercive control.

27. Being ex military and even a dod worker on a Naval base, it is not ok having an affair, especially on a military base. Both will get fired. What was she thinking.
