CONTENT WARNING: This video evidence in the Ruby Franke-Jodi Hildebrandt case shows a child who has been the victim of abuse and may be disturbing. Viewer discretion is strongly advised.
Part of release of a massive amount of evidence in the Ruby Franke-Jodi Hildebrandt felony aggravated child abuse case included body camera footage of the day Ivins City police first responded to a 911 call involving two of Franke’s children.
Several clips included some of the moments police and EMTs interacted with one of the children, who was inside a closet in Hildebrandt’s Ivins home and was too terrified to leave.
The clips show two EMTs with the Santa Clara-Ivins Fire & Rescue as they coax the girl out of the closet.

This poor innocent kid probably thought this was a test set up by her abusive devilish sick fucking mother. That’s why she was so reluctant to accept that she was safe. Because Jodi and Ruby def had the power to hire fake police officer actors to try and “test” the kids.
I hope the kids learn to heal.
The kids aren’t afraid of being hurt by the EMTs or the police officers. They are afraid of what would happen to them if they so simply bat an eye at once of the police officers or EMTs. They would be punished anytime they talked to anyone or talked at all. Bc according to Jodi or Ruby, the devil cannot speak. Hence, the duct tape. Unbelievable.
It took hours to talk that child out so they didn't further traumatize her.
