You can't bring uniformity and maintain religious laws at the same time . Each religion is different and have their own laws. And as far as i know , there is no divorce in hinduism . But there is in islam . So what are you gonna do ? Bring divorce in Hinduism or remove divorce from islam ? It's completely nonsense to even talk about these things without having the knowledge .
