The German Foreign Ministry has summoned Russia’s ambassador to Berlin following the arrests of two German and Russian nationals suspected of spying for Moscow. The duo, who were arrested in Bavaria, also stand accused of planning acts of sabotage to undermine military support for Ukraine. Russia is firmly rejecting these accusations and says that Germany has no evidence to back up their accusations. France 24’s Emerald Maxwell reports.

Russia has failed to operate spies due to the lack of support among Russians living in the west for the war but a few clearly are still a risk and need to be caught quickly. The west has far better intelligence so should have a clear upper hand of course but Russian disinformation workers are massive, over a million Russians every day go on Western Social Media and spread propaganda but their efforts have lead to little to no changes in the west so the results are pretty weak. After November Russia will reduce the propaganda programs dramatically so anyone reading this who is in Russia and working on Social media propaganda, you better get ready becasue after November, that fun is over.
