    It's a real shame that some people keep mixing politics with Law of the land… like when judges don't allow certain facts to be presented or let witnesses who were present during specific situations u touched over, to give testimony in court to what transpired during their time helping in specific places during the last presidential election…

    Just research the court proceedings & find what seems to be suspicious on both sides, without taking any sides…
    Find out why things weren't allowed in court & if those things were allowed during some other court proceedings, there will be transcripts…
    Idk if u know legal terms because ur not really using any in ur videos, other than what is normally stated by other "reporters," so I'm not using them either…

Mr. Litman, as you have noted in previous videos, in criminal trials the court does not interpret 'taking the 5th' as being a tacit admission of guilt, but that in civil matters that may be taken as being at least as suggestive. So what would be the tribunal's interpretation a lawyer pleading all manner of privilege as well as the 5th?
