14. He is going to be found guilty in this case. He took secret documents which he had no right to take. Then he lied about it, then made it as difficult as he could for the prosecutor to locate the documents, then said he has a right to take the documents and keep them. I think he is going to be convicted here in this one. This case is pretty straightforward with a ton of evidence backing the charges.
    He is admitting he took secret documents, his defense that it is his right to take them. The law says otherwise. He is in trouble in this case. This is the case that is the easiest to prosecute, IMO. And the most difficult to defend out of all Trump's trials. He even took out various top secret documents showing them to guests he had come over to his home/offices. It is on tape, he knew the military did not want him to do this. He basically bragged about being able to do it because they are his documents not the USA miltary documents even when he is not the president. He is going to be convicted. I think his laywers may plea to try to keep him out of jail and do their best to reduce the charges hoping to be able to plead guilty to misdemeanors.
