5. Seems like SCOTUS plans to say the 14th amendment, section 3 is void for vagueness. If they have a better idea than the way Colorado handled the situation: tell us and tell us now. You can't just swat back good faith, well reasoned attempts to implement this critically important Constitutional provision without coming up with a better way to effectively implement it. Also, Section 3 is not vague and you can't make it seem vague by spouting legalese and gobbledegook.

33. How could the SCOTUS NOT disqualify Trump though? Trump said it was an insurrection. We have historical evidence that those involved in an insurrection/rebellion are ineligible. If SCOTUS doesn't uphold 14AS3 then why do we even have a constitution? How much clearer does it have to be?

    Either way we are facing another civil war. If SCOTUS does the correct thing and upholds the constitution now, or after Trump loses another election and the domestic terrorists make a second attack on the capital.
