  1. Insurrection or riot are pretty much the same thing .. it's rebellion against the government some times

  2. ! Actually, it sounds to me like Tiny 🍄 Traitorous tRump is setting up his next defense… "Others forced me and blackmailed me into doing all those horrible things."

  3. When the SCOTUS tells the world that a person whose holding the office of president is above the law, is immune from any/all criminal liability and can attack its own country/government agencies to avoid losing an election…….Biden should take that to heart and 'disappear' Donald Trump using Seal Team 6.
If you disagree with this, but think Trump could do the same…..think about that…..if you're capable.

  4. Seems like SCOTUS plans to say the 14th amendment, section 3 is void for vagueness. If they have a better idea than the way Colorado handled the situation: tell us and tell us now. You can't just swat back good faith, well reasoned attempts to implement this critically important Constitutional provision without coming up with a better way to effectively implement it. Also, Section 3 is not vague and you can't make it seem vague by spouting legalese and gobbledegook.

    .

  5. Trump keeps blaming and changing who is responsible for the "riot", Nancy Pelosi or Nicky Haley? His own lawyer said the "riot" was criminal, yet Trump says the rioters were hostages and unfairly treated. As Ben said, this is a problem and telling that they don't have a defense. They just lie all the time.

  6. Funny that no President prior to him had the sort of treatment he predicts used against them. Sure, you had Nixon, but he quit and Ford pardoned him, robbing the country of their chance at seeing justice. My 4 yr old Granddaughter could formulate a more cogent argument.

  7. Trump lawyers are giving the court their definition of an insurrection. They try to confuse the judges with their interpretations of the law.

  8. Interesting that it is the Republican Party who are trying to impeach everyone in the Biden administration including the president.

  9. Did D. Trump say the following words? “We are going down Pennsylvania Avenue, we are going to the Capitol, to restore the courage and audacity of the Republicans to take back our country…”
Wasn't what the crowd of supporters did exactly what he said?
Isn't this a call for insurrection followed by actions?
Doesn't the President of the US swear on the Bible to protect and respect the Constitution?
How could he still be credible if he had to swear again ?

I don't understand why it took 4 years to answer these questions.

  10. Antichrist:
    Thessalonians 2:3,4NIV
Don't let anyone deceive you in anyway, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs & the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose & will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshipped so that he puts himself up in Gods temple proclaiming himself to be God.

  11. Don't forget Marjorie Taylor Green think the insurrection was on January 20 by the national guard, LMAO!! Someone please explain the definition of insurrection to her😂😂

  12. Sounds like trump wants to commit all kinds of crimes if he gets back in to office.. 💙 💙 💙 💙

  13. What is wrong with everyone who thinks he’s a good person or even a president? 🤦🏽‍♀️

We need to vote him out!!!!

  14. Nobody is talking about the elephant in the room. Did the framers of the fourteenth amendment article three foresee infiltration of the federal government by those trying to topple democracy, including infiltration of the Supreme Court? Therefore, leaving the decision of candidate disqualification due to insurrection participation to the states?

  15. If this was his best I'd hate to have been in the 'moot court' where he practiced this. Like watching the 4th grade play.

  16. Why just focus on 'insurrection' when the amendment includes " or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof". Doesn't the fact he didn't concede or provide a peaceful transfer of power provide enough evidence he should not be allowed to participate again?!

  17. Shameful questioning by the corrupt court members, let’s get this straight the name Supreme Court is the wrong name for this Court the correct name is the Republican high court and the members did everything to ignore what happen that day because of their like mindedness also to ignore the Oath they have taken, to allow this Chaos to continue is low and very shameful 😢 here’s a Man who should be in prison waiting for the four trials! Against him! Instead he is a allowed to go on with his daily lies, threats and help to damage the country the constitution where are the good and honest powerful people in the United States 🇺🇸🤷‍♀️

  18. Trump is right, as the Chiron says, we are laughed at all over the world, because of him, not in spite of him.I have many friends in other countries and they all think he's an absolute fool, and a dangerous one at that.

  19. How could the SCOTUS NOT disqualify Trump though? Trump said it was an insurrection. We have historical evidence that those involved in an insurrection/rebellion are ineligible. If SCOTUS doesn't uphold 14AS3 then why do we even have a constitution? How much clearer does it have to be?

Either way we are facing another civil war. If SCOTUS does the correct thing and upholds the constitution now, or after Trump loses another election and the domestic terrorists make a second attack on the capital.

  20. Well why didn't Judge Brown ask trumps attorney what the definition of insurrection is and how the act on January 6 has much evidence of being planned well in advance???

  21. "Our insurrection was poorly planned and ultimately a failure……so, it's NOT an insurrection"
That's their argument in front of the SCOTUS and because SCOTUS is 2/3 MAGA, it's working.

  22. Whether it's the DA or the Attorneys General or just random women he's attacked, he claims it's all part of a conspiracy. 😂 Donald, you really need a rest home or something.

  23. YOU DON'T BLEIVE IN THE CONSTITUTION AND DON'T LIKE AMERICANS. THE COURT ALREADY SHOT HIM DOWN AND SAID "HE DOSEN'T HAVE IMMUNITY"…..EVERYTHING HE SAY OUT OF HIS MOUTH ARE LIES LIES LIES…..

  24. Trump is the poster boy for 'having your cake and eating it too'. The lawyer knew he was in a negotiation and realized Trump's 'I did nothing wrong.' was not a useful argument. So to avoid having the title 'insurrection' permanently applied to Jan. 6th. he plead, if you will, to a lesser charge. But Trump is an obsessive psychopath who can't let go.

  25. Trump stask the Supream Court with his corrupt justists and they will do anything to cover for Donald Trump as mush as they can..
