   how was the article in the New York post about the prior work history between the judge and prosecutor being blamed on the defense attorney for defamation?
   Did the defense attorney write the article or was she the source for the article?
   If she wasn’t the unnamed source of the article but merely commented on the article publicly or brought it before the court for clarification then how is she doing anything wrong?
   It seems like the judge is getting overly defensive about the perceived conflict of interest between her and the prosecutors past working relationship.
   Self Recusal doesn’t require a proven conflict of interest but rather even if it is just perceived to be a conflict of interest recusing oneself is the best way to remove any doubt of an unfair legal outcome
   The stupid way to instill trust in the judges fair and unbiased ruling in this case would be to punish the defense attorney who question the judges past work history with prosecutor in this case

    The Post asked Habba to comment on the Judge and Carroll's Lawyer working at same Law firm. Habba inquire, Carroll's Lawyer said it was 30 years ago who remembers. Funny Carroll's case is from 30 years ago.
