  1. The answer to all those questions should be yes! Obama was a murderer, bush was a war criminal, Biden abets genocide, trump attempts to destroy our democracy

  2. Biden called for "a border surge" from the debate stage in 2020. An impeachible offense as it turns out.

  3. Nobody is arguing to prosecute trump for official acts.
YOU are not arguing against prosecuting trump for official acts.

You are arguing that prosecuting trump for ANY reason is forbidden.

trying to stage a coup is NOT an official act.
that's what the charges stem from.

  4. This argument is being done now to defend Trump, not to defend the office. Trump is using every trick available to push the limits of this great country.

These decisions can set a dangerous precedent that can result in catastrophic results for the country if a future POTUS with ill intentions takes power.

Blatant illegalities, which cannot be justified under national security or even government inefficiencies, should never be defended regardless of who the POTUS is.

TRUMP is an opportunist who is pushing this country to its limits.

  5. Yes but, Diaper Donnie's illegal acts are and were NOT normal actions within the official duties of the office of the President. THAT is the difference.

  6. Here is my take. Trump had 60 plus days to choose from, for his rally. He chose the single most important day. Any other day would not have the ramifications. Inciting an insurrection is not an official act.

  7. Trump went Way Beyond the line of official acts. He is Not the norm and the examples of Bush,Obama, Biden as a comparison is Not to be Compared. Trump is not to be Trusted…NOT

  8. Your argument is weak. Trump is stupid and committed crimes – Obama and Biden didn’t. No person is above the law, and Trump going to answer to trying to overthrow a legitimate election using fraud, violence, conspiracy and more. He is a criminal that tried to steal our democracy. There’s severe legal penalties for that.

  9. The answer is YES. It is up to the next president to stop the previous president from being prosecuted. Biden still faults Obama for stopping Bush from being investigated.

  10. Yup… and none of those apply to trump. Thank you for pointing out what trump did was illegal 👍🏽👊🏽✊🏽🇺🇸

  11. He is citing presidential acts, not acts for personal gain as is in the charges against Trump. Big diff.

  12. Trump wasn't acting in any official act with catch and kill , but you don't care about truth .

  13. This is not the same thing. Taking foreign money and launching a failed coupe is definitely punishable under the law. Thats not part of the job discription.

  14. But staging a months long coup to over through an election and illegally take power is not within the scope of the job. It's treachery.
