  1. Windmills dont produce electricity, the use the wind to turn a MILLSTONE. A wind turbine produces electricity.
If you're going to jackal at least get it right.
    Muppets

  2. "You can't take the votes away from the people." Doesn't he know that he did just that trying to stop the vote?

  3. Trump made a mistake when he could not let go of his presidency term and this will be written into the history books as what not to do when faced with defeat. Surely the Republican movement is not held together by a singular person. They can put forward another candidate.

  4. Um why would someone who's not any type of Officer (like a President)… be fighting so HARD for something called Presidential Immunity?!? DOES. NOT. COMPUTE.

  5. CNN didn't learn anything in the last ten years, did it?
America, not everything is breaking news. Record his speech, pick the important bits and then summarize them.

  6. America's Supreme Court is the most corrupt in the history of the country.
We all know how Clarence Thomas will vote. Exactly how his wife tells him.

  7. Jan 6 was ATTEMPTING to be an insurrection, or cover for one. But, when you coordinate that with the Fake Electors, and attempts to strong-arm the VP into disqualifying the election and MANY OTHER actions by Trump — it's clear that he was trying to influence the outcome of Congress when certifying the election — because WHY have a rally right down the street, right at the proper time to do it AND why did people buy all those T-Shirts touting the "Revolution starts January 6th" — just at Random? Or was that some historical event of the Civil War everyone just spontaneously decided to celebrate at your concession speech Mr. Trump?

  8. This is a perfect example of the serious changes needed in the Supreme Court. These justices like Thomas are showing the country how unserious these justices truly are .

  9. The "barges off Gitmo" refers to a provision in the PATRIOT Act that allows summary military judgement without due process to be carried out on barges (or any other kind of boat really) in international waters. She's basically hoping for a firing squad for Biden.

  10. In Brazil there was an insurrection too and Bolsonaro (the Trump of the Tropics) is not allowed to stay in the country. What's wrong with you Americans? The fact that he did nothing to stop the insurrection is a proof of guilt! Period!

  11. Maybe Trump isn't bound by the 14th Amendment because he crossed his fingers behind his back when being sworn in and pledging to uphold the Constitution? /not my logic

  12. I really like that the supreme court doesn't like this case. You want the supreme court to make a clear ruling for trump because it will bind the other states and prevent the kind of electoral shenanigans postulated by the GOP during 2020. They tried to argue they could just scream irregularities and cancel their own elections and put whoever they want. We are fortunate no one went along with it. This case is brilliant because they can put trump on the ballot in a state he won't win and bind the other states with clear language. If trump wasn't such a s narcissist he would be quiet and use the precedent to do real electoral harm

  13. 4:18 CORRECTION: Graphics did you dirty again. That moat for sure isn't one foot wide. Furthermore, is the implication that Trump is a vampire? With the "Can't cross water" and not having a reflection?

  14. What I don't understand is why Jack Smith has not filed a motion to recuse Clarence Thomas; ditto for Aileen Cannon, in the documents case in Florida? As prosecutor he has the right to do that. Also, while Section 3 of the 14th Amendment may have been created because of events after the Civil war, it was put IN the constitution for a REASON, i.e., to include any situations in the future. AND it was worded in such a way to include ANY elected official– also for a reason. So that, whatever the future might bring (including Trump), democracy would be safe. To overturn it now would be VERY dangerous for the future of democracy. Also? Because it is worded to include ANY elected official, once Trump is convicted, I would press the DoJ to then look at all of Trump's supporters in elected positions. Because they are just as guilty as he is.

  15. Trump; "It's about our Constitution." Me; "Being a huge joke because the 14th was written for YOU." Supreme court; "The President is elected, so not an officer — so, um people can vote on whether there was an insurrection, right?" Me; "If they include Senators in the 14th — are they not elected? And why do we say 'Hold Office' — what are words and meaning? Are you saying the Union didn't want to exclude Southern insurrectionists who engaged in the Civil War from the Presidency — ONLY the lower offices that are appointed? No, sorry, that doesn't make sense. But SCOTUS getting a yacht ride later from a billionaire is not covered by the 14th or any law — then things will make sense."

  16. Geez Seth, get some new material little fella.
You have become a complete bore and a sad little yes man.
    Spineless and not funny.
Picking on Trump is getting old. So are your jokes.
You are making a fool of yourself.

  17. The President would…"fall through the cracks…"???!!! What a stupid comment. That Mitchell guy certainly is a lawyer. No one else could get away with such an idiotic comment.

  18. "They have to stop it, they have to close the border"… too bad you told your own party to vote against stopping it and closing the border.

  19. That is a kickboard, not a paddleboard. A paddleboard is much larger, so that you can stand, sit, or kneel on it, usually on a large, natural body of water (lake, river, ocean, etc). A kickboard is for practicing kicking drills in a pool.

  20. For the last 8 years, we have been in the Republican Twilight Zone, doot doot doot doot doot doot doot doot.

  21. I think it's actually true that if you put a camera in front of trump he would sit there for hours talking to it.

  22. Clarence Thomas didn't recuse himself because he has a tropical vacation lined up with only one stipulation.

  23. Holy cr*p! The entire world has been witnessing their crimes in real time and they're talking semantics?? What's happened to the DOJ that used to be an example?

  24. How does everyone forget that there was coke found in White House and it clearly wasnt presidents given how unenergetic he is?

  25. Fun fact Scotus kept saying the President isn't mentioned in the amendment. The president is not an officer. The president appoints officers. Due to impeachment laws and term limits in the constitution. The president can't be an officer.

  26. Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha

  27. So not a single state gets to decide who becomes US President? Well, we're lucky that the electoral college doesn't decide that, after all, every state can decide how it selects electors or how they should vote (all for one candidate, by proportional representation or, more recently, if more Americans have voted nationwide). So the Supreme Court either just presented the biggest bullshit argument in history or they just openly admitted that any presidential election is rigged and the electoral college is useless.
