AS PER ABC NEWS ; A handful of members of Congress have stepped down or retired this year as a result of sexual harassment and misconduct allegations. In recent years, Congress has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxpayer funds spent to settle sexual harassment claims.
We should keep in mind that congress maintains a slush fund of taxpayer money for them to pay off their accusers.

Could you please explain why, if the conversation from the "Access Hollywood" tape is allowed to be presented in court, that the actual tape is not being entered into evidence and played to the jury as proof of that conversation.
