The first ever criminal trial of a U.S. president is set. The Donald Trump hush money criminal trial will begin with jury selection on April 15th. The judge made the ruling from the bench with Donald Trump inside the courtroom. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump for allegedly “falsifying New York business records in order to conceal damaging information and unlawful activity from American voters before and after the 2016 election.”

The trial centers around a payment sent by former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen to Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election to keep her quiet.

  1. When others will go, who spent taxes of Americans to the Ukrainian weapons and still spending it?

  2. These patments are legal and go on all day long in businesses or private. BUT THE LAME MEDIA HAVE TO MAKE IT LOOK NEPHARIOUS BY CALLING IT HUSH MONEY.. YALL ARE FUKKN LAME

  3. Serious question here…. Just why is it illegal to essentially have an out-of-court settlement with someone ???

  4. If you think that’s a scheme, what do you think the jury is going to be going to be all Democrats? That’s the biggest scheme brainless Democrats brainless court system

  5. It's all election interference. Why wait until election year to bring this. Corrupt demorats can't win unless they cheat

  6. Buying people’s silence that are not under oath is not a crime . By the way I hate Donald Trump

  7. I don’t see how this is against the law if it wasn’t campaign money. The lawyer did perform a service. By the way I hate Donald Trump but let’s get him on real crime . He has so many

  8. A conviction will give the rest of his indictments bravery to prosecute. And hopefully make Trump's appointed judges to do the right thing.

  9. This is all waste of our time. We’ve seen this rodeo before. He would be found guilty most probably, he would file an appeal or refer the verdict to the Supreme Court and they would come up with all kinds of excuses and set him FREE. This is the kind of justice system we have seen play out for this man.😮😮😮😮

  10. Guilty 😄 👨‍⚖️

    Soon I'll be verdict.
Anyone else would it been jail .
    His just another human .

  11. He will most likely not go to jail for this. But maybe it helps to get prison sentences in one of the other criminal cases. But he will only face justice if you don’t make him president again.

  12. Trump will use the trial date as an excuse to not pay his taxes, you watch.
I see blue on the horizon, see you at the polls come November.

  13. Just like everyone else he will stop being mentioned so much when he stops being seen😂😂

  14. These are two adults what is so bad what did they do that's illegal. Doesn't make no freaking sense. And it's a crime these are two adults
