Any person who, for any reason, trades in:
a. human organs or tissues, shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 7 (seven) years or a fine of up to category VI,Rp. 2,000,000,000.00 (two billion rupiahs); or
b. human blood, shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 3 (three) years or a fine of up to category IV, Rp200.000.000,00 (two hundred million Indonesian Rupiah).
