   The question must be asked of the common denominator of the Idaho 4 hate crime of 4 white victims by someone of another race. How much this may be the case I do not know, but we must leave no stone unturned.

And yes that touch dna on the button clip , that button clip is brass and getting reliable dna off of that is not real flash , so if people are jumping up and down about it , ur dreaming it is highly unlikely that it will be or can be used as evidence, so there you have it , if you don’t believe me , I suggest you go and start doing some googling

47. If #1: as per the PCA and Bill Thompson's Motions, it is alleged that a single source DNA sample was extracted from the button clasp of the knife sheath,
    
    and if #2: as documented by an email from Ka-Bar that all clasps on their K-Bar knife sheaths are brass
    
    and if #3: per a recent study published on ScienceDirect, entitled "Trace DNA and Its Persistence on Various Surfaces," the recovery percentage of DNA declines with time with detectable DNA remaining on brass for up to 12 hours max. . . then the rest of us can do the math.

    The slayings took place at 4 AM w/Brett Payne arriving on the scene and discovering the knife sheath at 4 PM (some 12 hours later)); then the sheath had to be sent to a lab in Boise, which is 5 1/2 hours away. A good Defense ought to be able to point out that, by the time the alleged DNA reached the Boise lab, there could be no discernible DNA on that button clasp — not Bryan's, not anyone's. End of argument.
