  4. I think my divorce lawyer has joined forces with the opposing party. He has been working with them and has been misguiding me and pressuring me to sign over important documents like out of court settlement/divorce and now he wants me to sign over the title of my house before getting my settlement money. The decree says that I will hold the title until money arrives. I can’t trust that because my husband has tried his absolute best to cheat me out of my own money and I don’t get a single penny. What should I do

  5. Dont get married or live with your partner unless you want these vultures to eventually divide your assets and force you to pay your ex after its over…

Divorce is usually a woman cashing out… zero benefit to men

  6. My wife make 300k
I haven't work do to heart issues. Can I keep the house and half her income?

  7. Yeah, attorneys love for you to have to go to court vs settling outside of it. The longer it drags on the richer they get.

  8. Hello Shaun! I am representing myself in my divorce and my husband is a Harris County Sherrif and is his position to try bully me . He has a lawyer and he refuses to agree to pay child support or leave the home. I need advice on how to proceed. I'm in no position to hire a lawyer, he has hidden finances from me for years so I have to be cautious with what I've managed to save to get away from him. If there is anything you can do or anyone you can recommend, I would truly appreciate it.
