2. The defense has now presented a detailed alibi. Those who believe BK innocent are crowing loud and long. I think that’s premature, as the prosecution has until May 14 to respond in court. I’ll be interested to hear your take on all this latest news.

3. Good. At last. I cannot believe that the Bench allow defence attorneys to behave like this. Kohberger obviously instructs his attorneys and they have to oblige their client, but the Judiciary should put a stop to it

11. The troubles with BKs alibi makes perfect sense to me. If he really was just out driving as he had a habit of doing, 1) It would likely be very difficult for him to remember exactly where he drove on that particular night, and 2) It would be a lot of work to try to find footage and possible witnesses from the places he might have been that night and have those witnesses remember seeing a random guy on a specific day and time and most of the possible footage would likely have been recorded over after such a long time.

    Remember that no alibi is not a red flag in itself. You yourself wouldn't be able to have a proper alibi for most of your days and time when you are on your own. I commend them for trying to get enough to prove that he was out driving – that must have been a lot of work.

21. 16:07 I wish I could pause this and send this portion of this video to the mom of one of my daughters friend. Her friend is the oldest of three daughters. Their parents are married. And I think they are fooled by my ex husband hanging out over there all the time even when my daughter isn’t there. The girls all hang on him like he is their best uncle. My ex brings them special food for the mom’s diet that she can’t afford to pay for.
    And he gives them like half his frozen beef that is supposed to come to me but if they can use it fine. But I do worry he is grooming them. He has bit as far as I know touched our daughter.
    He did used to touch his sister in sexual ways when she was seven and he was 14. So not sure why he is hanging out with that family.
    And boy oh boy do the girls not like me when I go over there. Weird. Very very weird. When he shows up they are ooey gooey for him. Creeps me out. Gross.

32. Great show, Scott! So glad to know Kohberger isn’t getting by with the “I was driving around, by myself, the night of the young people were murdered, so I couldn’t have done it. I have an alibi!” Did Brian Kohberger really think that was going to work? I heard somewhere that he is a smart dude! 🫢🫣🤭
