Are you releasing them to family members are you releasing them to a halfway house? How will they fend for themselves after you cheated them for so many years and months out of a full paycheck and pay them slavery wages now you want them to come out with $200 and think they're supposed to make it and you think they're not going to come to your area and Rob you white folks are you think they're not going to come to their own area and raw black people. 16. I have an idea for prison reform! Take all the violent prisoners and put them in a more secure facility and the others in work release/education skills development campus. If they cause problems then they can be elevated all the way to traditional prison. Placing young or non violent offenders into an uncivilized circumstance with prisoners who don’t respect human life is moronic and counter productive.
