By the time this happens Trump will already be convicted of felonies in New York.. and lets have a look at the timing.. the rule, "not larw" is that the DOJ will not persue legal actions against a candidate and "pause" things for 60 days befoe an election. So that is September 5th.. if you give 3 months for trial that would be June 5th.. But Chutkins has pretty much been of the opionon that his "job" as a candidate should not matter any more than any other persons emplyoment. So I see her pushing it through anyway. It's possile Trump might try to use the election as an argument to "stay" but I don't think it's going to work this time, and there is no law to support it.
