I laugh when I catch a kid with one. I’ve had a few forget to give me their legit one on stops then watch them freak out when they realize it.
It happens but in my agency we still use common sense so we normally just take it and let ‘em go with a warning. Heck we all or at least most of us tried it at some point.

I used my older brother's draft card to get into bars when I was 15. I think it's a rite of passage. Are the "authorities" going to file felony charges against a 15 year old for having his brother's ID? Ridiculous, and a waste of policing.
