  1. HA FOOL YOU ARE EXTREMELY WRONG. You must be give your Marinda Rights the moment you become a viable suspect. Gos h I wish we could get IDIOTS of the internet!!!!

  2. A person qualifies as detained not only when under arrest, but also whenever they are not free to leave for other reasons.

  3. That's so weird…because in the late 90s and early 2000s, Cops were required to read a person his or her Miranda Rights as they were cuffing them amd arresting them ?
    When did this change?

  4. I'll just go ahead and say. It's a fucking string of events of shit like you've NEVER EVER EVER SEEN

  5. Thank you for taking the time to do these shorts. I have never been nor do I think I ever will be in police custody but these shorts are interesting.

  6. Cop questioning me. Where were you last night me out with your mother for a nice steak dinner? Cop No, seriously me I didn't call her back. Cop do you wanna go to jail. Me at least I'll get 24 to 72 hours worth of sleep. Don't get me wrong.I love the idea of having a police force but they're not always your friend. They're just a human in a costume with a badge that want to ruin your life in some situations. The ones
You should be mad at. Is the idiot politicians?

  7. When the police ask me questions – I volley with evasive questions – never making statements. EVERYTHING you say or do – that a cop sees or hears is EVIDENCE to be USED AGAINST YOU.
If a cop becomes aggressive or threatening because you won't answer – verbally invoke your 5th right to silence AND your 6th right to an attorney. This should end the conversation. If not – simply keep repeating it.

  8. The best thing you can do is Shut Up.
Unfortunately, it also brings out the true nature of cops who are tyrants.

  9. Lawyers are the reason this requirement has fallen by the wayside and the justice system is a failure.

  10. I think you need to define what "in custody" means….cops have many, many different definitions of what "in custody" means.

  11. Never Ever talk to police
If you’re stopped I would suggest that you “inform” the officer of your Fifth Amendment Rights by invoking them. Just saying “I don’t answer questions” is not sufficient
