Always interesting ! Here are two questions:
1) What is the level of consent if the patient is under full anesthesia, and another operation or procedure is done WITHOUT their knowledge ? What if there was there was NO consent…that is illegal !
2) What if a female was administered an epidural and then really did not show consent for a full sedation ?!? That is illegal !!
