12. You as a lawyer are not getting the logic. But I am getting the logic very well. Earlier if a woman wanted to commit adultery, she couldn't find a man easily because the man had fear of going to jail. Thus, there were chances that the man didn't agree and women got deprived of the chance to commit adultery. But now, the court made it easy for the woman. Now she has no worry that the other men might hesitate out of fear of offence. now the woman can commit adultery easily.

    Adulterer man was jailed under the above said section as we Indians consider marriage a holy union and anybody coming in between are punished even by law of the land, and unofficially by society.
