  1. Hi Amish
Can we file a PIL kinda thing for this if it doesn't get corrected through the recently proposed BNS?
I wonder why judiciary exercised only constitutional logic, and no wisdom, in this case!!!

  2. Supreme court Walo ki wives hi sabse zyada adultery me involved hongi jabhi inhone ye faisla liya hai ..shame on you supreme court

  3. You as a lawyer are not getting the logic. But I am getting the logic very well. Earlier if a woman wanted to commit adultery, she couldn't find a man easily because the man had fear of going to jail. Thus, there were chances that the man didn't agree and women got deprived of the chance to commit adultery. But now, the court made it easy for the woman. Now she has no worry that the other men might hesitate out of fear of offence. now the woman can commit adultery easily.

  4. The moral of this YouTube channel is, if you let your GF or wife learn about the law, you're screwed. It doesn't matter whether you've done anything wrong or not.

  5. Instead of using word "consent" there should be "restrictions" and as marriage is a solemnize and pure relation so to keep it pure as it is supposed to be the law shouldn't have let both of them to be free to choose affairs but instead to punish a person without being limited to a gender. It is just my opinion, I don't think many will agree but this comment is not being made to harm anyone's sentiments or anything 🙏

  6. High court one of the other way still convict under 498A despite clear wording in Joseph shine saying. On a lighter note, par boyfriend ki sampatti hai, and husband also paying interim maintainence. The court forget, with every legal relationship, arise corresponding obligations eg. The parents cannot say, it my life, hence we will not maintain them.
The rant is statutory or constitutional morality fully forgetting, if such was reason to put morality, then why the Constitution or statutes use the word morality simplicitor, as the other contraventions are already prescribed.
They say, her sexual autonomy is violated, but now in civil, the burden to prove adultery is so high that, every evidence is thrown out in name of privacy.
As soon one is caught, against husband ordinary cases and against bf, rape under blackmailing, force, intoxication pretext, thus saving herself and in bigamy, simply deny marriage as no rape can be filed like against husband

  7. Bhai log ….! Marriage is a death game !!! don't don''t don't …. atleast in India…. go out and try dating… move out of India !

  8. The current Supreme Court chief justice is a well known woke feminist activist and he is responsible for striking down this adultery law. Now I hope you get the logic. And he is definitely going to make Marital Rape law legal before his tenure ends. He literally hates Indian male with his feminist mindset.

  9. Logic was wrong but the judgement held up to modern standards.
Adulterer man was jailed under the above said section as we Indians consider marriage a holy union and anybody coming in between are punished even by law of the land, and unofficially by society.

  10. Those who says, stay single, dont get married,.. guys people will go to prostitution business

    STDs

Kuchh bekar logo ke wajeh se sabko pareshani ho rahi hai.

We need a proper solution for our society. One complete systematic solution.

  11. Joseph Shine v. Union of India: Adultery was a criminal offense under Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) until September 2018, when the Supreme Court of India decriminalized it in a landmark judgment in Joseph Shine v. Union of India.
