  1. Great video. However, I think the jury system is the best way to assure fairness by letting the citizens decide the outcome.

  2. Previously I had approached Chaninat and Leeds for advice on filing a private criminal prosecution. Although I felt very unjustified by the act of crime carried out upon me, after consultation with Chaninat & Leeds providing me with possible outcomes and recourse I didn’t proceed to take action. At times it is worthwhile to seek professional advice from a third party with a neutral viewpoint before launching straight into an attacking position with an gaining an outcome that is less than desired.

  3. with attorneys being predominately males, women tend to pay more to engage the legal services of a male attorney to defend them, as opposed to appointing a female attorney. This is due to the fact that women are seen as unable to fight their own battles and assume the need to rely on their male counterparts.
