In this video the camera man was exercising his 1st amendment rights to film the Police and their vehicle on a public street in NYC. Watch as one of these cops tries to plead ignorance of R.A.S.! The best part of this video is at the very end when this dumb conversation was interrupted by a tourist asking where Applebee’s is. Do your f___ing job, Clown. Serve the community that you swore an oath to protect.
