  1. Reading all the comments on here are funny because everyone is acting like they have a fucking law degree and know what they’re talking about. Get them out in court and see how well they do. No one cares that you’re an armchair lawyer.

  2. Sorry attorney. The judge sees clear through you! If your fighting a case . Don't let it got caught in a lapse . if your a fighter be a fighter and stay solvent.

  3. Good video. Not just for lawyers but to learn how to put forward our argument. Looking forward to seeing more videos of Attorney David Yannetti.

  4. Little risky quoting the judge’s own opinion to the court but seemed to work here. Good presentation besides saying “I” constantly

  5. Staged web by dirty pathetic law enforcement! Want my day in court to shine and put an end to never-ending nonsense. Civil rights violations beyond belief. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

  6. He may have said that she is not a nice girl, but that could be said by anyone who knew and didn't like her. Disposing of an axehandle and washing clothes is not enough to provide motive at all, much less place the suspect at the crime scene. Without providing a reason that your alleged suspect fled after three weeks, how can you prove that he fled, rather than just moved, from the area in which the crime was committed?

  7. sometimes you become a titular of your lawyers hands in cases i fucked damn gave him a work and he messed it all made it complicated.now i am even more afraid as this guy just gave me the worst results of my life.

  8. I have an English assignment at school where I have to play the part as a lawyer and convict a suspect of murder. This was a major help

  9. Hey did anyone notice how he said that in 2003 he represented a client who was unjustly committed of muder in 1990 and served 16 years for it ? Good thing he's an amazing lawyer and not a math teacher…

  10. I want to become a lawyer and im getting inspired. im only just 14 but I hope I can help out many people who need help at a law place. I wish I could become a good lawyer thats my dream
