14. You don't know what it's like to work under Tiffany Henyand type. We had one come to our facility. Managers who had been there for decades were all of a sudden incompetent and were fired or transferred out before being fired. And, one person, own their own, hired a lawyer for something different. Thank God because corporations came down, did an audit on everything, and this person was let go for embezzlement. The company kept it quiet because the Tiffany type had family at a different facility stealing there as well. Sad to think both of them would easily clear 120k without the theft. SMH.

28. Roland Martin is a 🤡. This has been all over the internet and news cycle for a veryyyyyy long time! There are televised board meetings displaying her behavior!!! And he didn’t know but invited her to speak!! Once again he is a 🤡. Side note: The comptroller office needs to be held accountable also not just henyard. And Henyard said it’s not her fault but the accountant for not filing the paperwork. Funny how the accountant was the one who hired the mayor who audited Dalton to find the corruption and he was at the board meeting that revealed the corruption. Why didn’t Roland Martin bring that up to Tiffany!!

29. It's hard to point out where corruption starts and finishes in Illinois lets be honest here. I left Chicago when I was 17 and I have never been back.

30. Nate, I can agree that Dolton's in trouble and Henyard needs an orage jumpsuit, but made a major leap in calling out the state comptroller. Never did she say that they "just now found out" about Dolton's issues. You said that. Also, having audited on a federal level (state may be different), financial penalties may not necessarily be the first method for gaining compliance. Post audits often include an explanatory phase which often leads to window, with which an entity can take corrective actions internally with a follow up audit within a particular timeframe. Too many variables that we don't know to start firing and arresting multiple people across multiple agencies. That's seems naive.

    Lastly, you do realize that there are capable & competent people of all races, ethnicities, ages and genders right? You also realize that people who are good their jobs can make mistakes… right? Not every, non-white male hire is a DEI hire and sometimes bureaucratic entities are difficult to figure out if you work there, let alone if you're on the outside looking in. Just a thought.
