  1. Needed ya almost a yr ago, once put paid for lawyer but ,I have cdl's so those laws are a bit different! I was in personal vehicle, but I had a hard time finding a lawyer that could help, spent 6500 and still have a reckless on my record, which still keeps from getting jobs!! Yes kept cdl's!

  2. I'm a commercial driver, I'll lose my license for a year on first refusal of a breathalyzer. I can refuse field sobriety but that's it

  3. In NY if you don't blow in it, the DMV hits you with a $500 fine. I'm going thru this right now. Not all lawyers know everything.

  4. In the UK the punishment for refusal is worse than the punishment for a DUI charge. So you pretty much HAVE to blow.

  5. 😂 The slickest way to advertise your services by using another lawyers commercial!💀💀💀

  6. Except in Michigan, auto license lost 12 months… it's automatic, and unchangeable

  7. They even said when i went if you deny its a automatic yes. But can request blood work in fl

  8. In NH if the tests or Breathalyzer are refused, it's an automatic loss of license on the spot under Implied consent law. Why Can't the 5th Amendment be invoked during DUI arrest?

  9. I should call you about a particular office of law enforcement in Bowling Green that thinks it's ok to threaten private citizens for disagreeing with them.

  10. In Australia we have to blow. They can pull you over for any reason, or even no reason at all. Sobriety checkpoints are common here. But there's none of those bullshit field sobriety tests, it's a field breath test as a preliminary test, then a more accurate machine at the station (or demountable if it's a checkpoint) if you blow over on the first test.

Or how about just not driving after you've been drinking. It's really not a high bar to pass.

  11. People think not drinking and driving will protect you from being arrested for DUI. They don't understand that cops, MADD, and the government get paid to make arrests. The cop's goal isn't to determine if you're drunk or not, the cop's goal is to score a kill, i.e. make an arrest. You being innocent isn't of that much interest to a cop. The cop will use junk science, black box machines (the breathalyzers), and perjury to bolster the arrest. He wants his MADD award!

How the breathalyzers operate is a mystery. There have never been any independent verifications that breathalyzer readings consistently accurately reflect blood alcohol content. In fact, the New York Times exposed in an article on November 3, 2019, titled "These Machines Can Put You in Jail. Don't Trust Them," that breathalyzers commonly don't. Breathalyzer manufacturers fiercely withhold their devices from outside scrutiny. If it became known how phony breathalyzer are, the implications would be staggering: convictions would have to be vacated, the manufacturers would be sued, people would sue the government for refund of fines and compensation for wrongful imprisonment. The government depends on revenue from DUI arrests for its budget. People being arrested for DUI is MADD's sole source of revenue.

DUI enforcement started off as a legitimate initiative, but it has now devolved into a scheme to generate revenue by arresting not only people who are genuinely intoxicated, but falsely arresting as well people who aren't.

  12. I f you have had nothing to drink and you have not done any drugs why not take the breathalyzer test?

  13. In the uk it's our only option unless you refuse then you're taken in for a blood sample

  14. Thanks Larry. I will keep this in mind. Lol. I don't drink and drive. Never have. But if it's somebody else I will tell them about you.
