We get phone calls from Veterans every day asking “Where are you located?” We always give the same answer: We are located in Evansville, Indiana, but we help veterans appeal their disability claims from all over the world.
Is that true?

Yes, we help veterans and their surviving spouses wherever they are. Unlike family law or personal injury law, there are no in-court appearances or in-person hearings with your VA Disability lawyer. Everything the VA requires is submitted electronically. The Board of Veterans’ Appeals is in Washington D.C. There the board reviews every case submitted for review, no matter where it came from.

  3. I got individual unemployability and SSDI disability. The Army sexually assaulted me in 2003. It took 20 years to win everything. Seventy thousand dollars in back pay. got it all in October of 2022. my PTSD is really bad. I got my social security disability on my own. Used the same evidence my lawyer used and SSDI granted.
