On April 21, 2022, Austell police responded to an incident at Joe’s Bottle Shop liquor store, where a disruptive customer was causing chaos and attempting to engage in a physical altercation with an employee in Austell, Georgia.
Upon arrival, officers encountered a female suspect outside the store who immediately claimed that a white male employee had assaulted her.
According to her account, the dispute arose over a minor cash advance fee, escalating into a verbal altercation that turned physical when she confronted the employee behind the counter.
However, as officers delved deeper into the incident, a different narrative emerged from the store employees.
According to their version, the female suspect initiated the violence by attempting to strike the employee, who was forced to defend himself.
The situation escalated further when she seized bottles from the shelves, using them as weapons while threatening the employee with the involvement of her brother.
Video footage reviewed by the officers corroborated the employee’s account of the events.
Despite the evidence, the suspect vehemently insisted that she had only gone behind the counter to confront the employee and claimed self-defense.
She was subsequently arrested and charged with simple assault, simple battery, and criminal trespass with property damage under $500.
As her brother arrived to pick up her vehicle, tensions flared, leading to a heated argument with officers, resulting in the towing of the vehicle.
Adding an unexpected twist to the unfolding drama, another friend later approached officers seeking information about the car retrieval process.
However, the situation took a dangerous turn when, upon exiting the vehicle, he inadvertently dropped a firearm, creating a moment of heightened tension and concern for everyone involved.

  1. I have the much respect for authority. The officer at the end had to deescalate everyone the entire encounter, including the head officer or lieutenant. And still kept calm regarding the gun situation.

  2. WHO called? she he-he! Spitin in her youngs daze WHILE BRUHS yalls beez bringin ups lap pistol for a lil dis n dat WHILES she kid 9 at homes bys SELF while moms bees down dey road rakin up she felony "B" counts.

  3. I have a theory if the cops weren't there those men would have absolutely gone into that store with that gun and done something even more stupid.

  4. Showing your racism lady that poor wht man makes about ten dollars an hour he is probably in the same poverty boat like the rest of us

  5. The guy who dropped the gun is so stupid bro. Smh you can not be this slow in real situations. This video is hilarious and my favorite for how stupid people can be at every turn. Why did the brother say the cop was talking crazy after under a minute of the situation break down an got defensive. It's crazy sad how disingenuous people can be trying to make excuses for someone who is clearly wrong. I don't want family like that. You might lie for me but lie to me on a norm.

  6. Another over emotional “adult” who FAFO 🤷🏻‍♂️
The dummy riding around with a Glock on his lap isn’t helping in driving down those “stereotyped” statistics 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

  7. Calling someone a name, no matter how bad it is, legally justifies a violent response. It may not be smart, but it still doesn't make it okay.

  8. Can tell the LT officer is almost retired and is done putting up with bullshit lmao. He got a short fuse tho. Not a good look

  9. I am completely against what that trashy woman did in the store but that LT was overly confrontational and trashy as fuck too when the brother came. Even the other cops we’re trying to stop him but felt obligated to back him up. Total dickhead.

  10. LT honestly acted just like the woman did.
Gotta have more restraint than that old man. Talking shouldnt be leading to police escalated issues. Not like he was threatening.

  11. That cop was the most level headed man I've seen in a long while. "Whew" is right. I bet it took hours to absorb the adrenaline rush. The hot headed Lieutenant would have taken him down, without a doubt, as he was way too fired up to be on the job.

  12. And nobody is saying anything about the aggressive police getting in her brothers face towing the car because he can’t control his own emotions smh

  13. Just the beginning with her attitude and her demonstration of what happened shows me why she was hit. Video proved it later.

Plus, why she'll "buy a dog & die alone".

  14. Fun Fact: 95% of these loser girls on these videos are wearing Victoria Secret Pink clothes.
If you see one out in the wild, stay away!

  15. this was dumb she has anger issues, she knew she was wrong, the clerks are prob scared to press charges due to the retaliation,….. but LT was a lil agressive at the end. Its a shame the others cops tried to calm him down they are good cops for doing that.

  16. Lucky I am cool head 😂😂 meaning if it was LT the situation would have been different. LT need to control his emotions. Before he do some stupid sh*t….

  17. Ok I agreed with the police officers up until the brother came the police officers was wrong cause all dude was asking questions 😢

  18. Camera doesn’t lie and how can she have a confrontation with anyone with her child at home alone. That dam cop instigated.the conflict with her bother and walked behind to trying find a reason to get an arrest …….the cop supposed de-escalated to following behind him to show power of authority was crazy……the dude’s was walking away…..you can he had a vendetta because his own ppls trying to tell him to leave it alone
