  1. I don't even want to hear it..I was molested as a child and I can't be mean to a bug….she is pure evil….

  2. I was abused as a child the same way he is explaining her childhood and i put myself in counseling and raised 3 beautiful children who knew nothing of abuse. You can choose a different path. This evil lady chose to do what she did! She doesn't deserve to breath anymore. RIP Timothy ❤

  3. She did do something wrong, she her emotions influence her judgement . By saying yes to CPS when to take a kid with additional needs knowing she had, neither the time nor money or space.
Even if the social worker turns up with the kid, she didn't have to take him, she hadn't signed any paperwork so was not responsible for him. She took Timothy, but she could have gone to a lawyer, explained her situation; two kids at home,a sick husband,no room for a child with additional needs ,at lot of medical bills. She was placed under duress to take the kid. CPS would then be served with papers to attend an emergency hearing. They will be soon be finding a placement if served with a court petition; CPS being summoned to court to fulfil their duty of care. No-one wants that on CNN!
As CPS were Timothy's guardians, they were obligated to find him a suitable home. It's preferable it's next of kin,but not always possible. Next best foster care final alternative is state children's home. What the social worker should have done is pu him in a children's home until a family member or suitable foster parents with the resources are found.

  4. Yes so she treated dogs better than she treated her son? That's not a good defense.
And his treatment had nothing to do with her being broke. Good try though

  5. 2:30 Pathetic defense argument! If she had treated ALL of her kids in the same way he MIGHT have had an argument but she chose to torture one child. There is NO defense for this demon-woman.

  6. What else could her lawyer say in her defense, her past created her to be a monster. Idk what type of a person you have to be when you defend an abuser or killer.

  7. Why would she want to abuse her son if she was abused and knew the pain it caused her. What she did was deliberate and calculated. She didn’t treat Timothy like the other kids. Shame on her.

  8. Idgad what the slag endured as a child. No excuses for what she did to that poor child. She enjoyed being sadistic. She absolutely hated Timothy. His needs bothered up, reminded her of her own. She loathed him, looking for new ways to torture him. She admitted what she did to him she’d never even consider doing to a dog. Damn B! She should’ve allowed him to go to child welfare but she wanted him nonexistent. No school, doctor, medicine for his illnesses, nothing! No clothes, food, affection, nothing!

Her lawyer tried but he knew this was a losing battle. Still have a job to do.

  9. She's as evil as the day is long. How does this man sleep at night? He doesn't. Just ask most defense attorneys.

  10. Yeah she raised dogs. Sounds like she raised those dogs with more compassion empathy than her own children.

  11. I have respect for this lawyer. He did a good job defending his horrible client without excusing or deniying anything. Without blaiming the victim ( as his client did ), without taking us for idiots gaslighting evidence, without having a long file of old shrinks, psychologist and psychiatris taking the stand to say whatever psycho thing to excuse her. He just said something is wrong with her. She did not realized she was hurting her son, so, something is wrong with her. During the trial he did his best, with passion but not crossing a line, doing his job with respect and duty. It is rare a defense attorney like him. Good job, Sir.
