It’s so beyond me that people can get through extensive training like medical school and residency with a supposedly clean record and carry out heinous crimes like this.
I don't understand how a doctor gets away with this because a nurse is always with you in recovery, exam room, etc. Worked in medical field 20 years, and there has to be some coworkers who knew this. Most likely, people were scared to speak up as he was a doctor and were afraid to lose their job! He's going to have fun in prison!!
