    As per layman's term interpretations::
    TRIBUNAL=court/forum

    The TRIBUNAL's last verdict – did not create a final declaration/acknowledging the PH claims of EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS over the Ayungin shoal.
    -Per TRIBUNAL's resolution: We were given the " SOVEREIGN RIGHTS" to fish to explore to visit to observe natural resources in the Ayungin as it is w/n our EEZ.
    But such " sovereign rights"" is NOT equivalent to SOVEREIGNTY.

    -Kung sa housing, u dont have the Land Title yet only the "rights" to stay–so hindi mo pwedi mai binta sa iba coz u dont have the cert of land title–it means,u dont have the certification declaring of ur "absolute ownership" ..
    and d same goes here, the PH cant impose its exclusive rights to others too becoz, having a sovereign rights is not equivalent to obtaining a SOVEREIGNTY to the said islands.

    As per the TRIBUNAL's OPINION:: The PH can exercise the " sovereign rights" vested upon, as expressly stated.

    Also,as per the tribunal's opinion:: given the situation that CH had refused to participate..
    The TRIBUNAL's opinions on the matter were also limited.
    The TRIBUNAL has made RESERVATIONS too in expressing their opinions since they only got limited sources of infos. or incomplete data(w/0 CH's participation).
    And that they had emphasized that their " STATEMENTS.." and / or ""OPINIONS.." did not declare the finality of decisions to determine whether or not, confirming all the claims proposed by the PH..
    They have stated too that before the tribunal can verify and confirm or agree to the claims of the PH –they require that the PH must first be able to obtain the Absolute SOVEREIGNTY on the Ayungin shoal.

    -and such absolute sovereignty must also be duly recognized or declared from d international rulings/bodies/organizations laws of the sea LOS

    -Obviously,PH didnt have sufficient documents/evidences to support our claims of sovereignty over such areas/boundaries.

    -This is due to the fact that prior a TRIBUNAL can come up a final decisions as to what is what..
    Like, what metes&bounds belong to PH, where's the metes&bounds that belong to CH to Vietnam whatever.. Series of investigations observations studies inquiries from involving parties (PH-CH) extensive discussions exchange of opinions–these steps must have been conducted first before a tribunal can achieve a final decisions regarding SOVEREIGNTY on the Ayungin shoal but such investigations /forum did not happen.

    — That was supposedly the intention of the forum to attest if nobody would contradict over d PH's claims of SOVEREIGNTY to Ayungin. Kaso, they failed to create a forum coz CHINA didnt respond to participate.

    NO forum= NO meetings of d minds= NO such Agreemets acknowledged by CH
    =NO final declaration of Sovereignty over the Ayungin.

    on the other hand..
    Also as stated- d TRIBUNAL's verdict,were not meant to be used or not in reference to.. in related to any comments of China over their POV or claims on SCS-south china sea.

    End Game::the TRIBUNAL's statements was NEUTRAL–the disputed areas has remained to be shared by every countries surrounding it..with the connotations to every fisherfolks to fish harmoniously n peacefully😊
