46. In 2016 and 2020, there was a guy running for president who was a Rhodes Scholar, ran a mid-size city and served in Congress. He got almost no coverage. In 2020, there was a guy who was a Rhodes scholar, ran a college town, and that's it. He became a golden boy. Quick, which was Cory Booker and which Pete Buttegeig.
