  1. Roy will be a perfect host for The Daily Show, we need to let them know he is the man for the job.

  2. I understand that this is not the same venue as the Correspondence Dinner but I have to say that Roy Woods Jr handled
his f-ing business on the mic. I know the crowd wasn't his usual target audience but he was hella entertaining. Much respect bro!

  3. I really look forward to some day meeting Senator Corey Booker definitely inspiring have a lovely day.

  4. Thank you Senator for addressing the subsidy issues in this country and being a champion for our children’s health as well as animal welfare!

  5. I love Cory Booker! However I think he should go into more detail of why there is not a consensus of the bill that would help fund research for the sickle cell!!

  6. I think the aftershows have given Roy the ability to be serious, drive conversation and then ask silly questions that don't mess up the flow

  7. Don't you just love the pretty words that democrats rehearse how to say in front of the mirror?

  8. I believe in those indictments on time will be open and will be a pandora box suficiente to send him to life in prison!!

  9. I agree! Roy has done the BEST job on this platform. He’s been here from the beginning. He knows the inner workings and purpose behind TDS and he’s funny, but intelligent enough to have meaningful conversations with a variety of guests.
    You have my vote Roy!!👊🏽

  10. He dodged the question about the McDonald's shake machine. The Daily Show should have held his feet to the fire.

  11. Comedy Central needs to go ahead and give Roy the job. That is the best interview on the Daily Show yet. Maintained both a funny and serious tone perfectly.

  12. Sen. Booker is right, let’s end this speed date and start negotiating Roy’s new contract as the permanent host of the Daily Show.

  13. I'm mean the black guy host!! ..not the other black guy I know nothing about. But he sounds like he knows stuff.

  14. Senator Booker is right: speed dating can end right now with Roy- he's the one!!! What a great dialogue; they brought out the best in each other.

  15. TIM SCOTT'S Charleston, SC low income suburbs are FOOD DESERTS!

MILES of city roads with little to bo public transportation and ONE grocery store, Sav-A-Lot.

Is there a Sav-A-Lot in YOUR neighborhood? Might ne a Family Dollar somewhere, too.

$7.25 min wage in SC. Pathetic! 😢

  16. Tim Scott claimed racism doesn't exist. He is the biggest sell out in the black community right next to Koonye. Any bill he creates wouldn't benefit any black person without paying back his keepers first.

  17. I agree…Roy Wood for permanent host once (whenever) the amazingly cool guest host weeks finish up. But this rotation of hosts!

  18. Oh and to answer the question, "Why is the McDonald's shake machine always broken?" it isn't usually broken it is just no one wants to clean it so they say it is out of order.

  19. I never liked Roy Wood Jr. when he was a correspondent on with Trevor Noah, but on his own and as a host…. He. Just. Rocks!!!! I hope he can be the next host and keep the guests honest to his viewers who are Bipoc, women of color, and other minority communities! Go Roy!!!

  20. As a South African I started watching when Trevor Noah started, Roy Wood Jr made me stay. He is the show.

  21. In 2016 and 2020, there was a guy running for president who was a Rhodes Scholar, ran a mid-size city and served in Congress. He got almost no coverage. In 2020, there was a guy who was a Rhodes scholar, ran a college town, and that's it. He became a golden boy. Quick, which was Cory Booker and which Pete Buttegeig.

  22. Cory Booker should include reforms to Seaweed farming in the Farm Bill! Seaweed can help fight against climate change!
