Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee holds a hearing in the 2020 Georgia election interference case. Donald Trump’s lawyers are back in court for a hearing to address motions about the trial and evidence. This is the first hearing since Judge McAfee ruled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis could stay on the case as prosecutor if Nathan Wade withdrew from the case – which he did.

  1. This is the weakest legal argument I have ever heard. Had Trump stopped at just lying, there would be no charges that could be brought against him. Trump isn't being charged for lying about the election. Trump's lies are being used as part of the evidence of his use of false electors and encouraging the insurrection.

  2. "It is easier to pass a camel through the eye of a needle then to get a rich man into heaven" here is your revelation. We are watching a rich man earn his place in heaven. "Blessed are the poor" amen

  3. What a joke Trumps lawyer is just trying to play with words . How he dared quote Clarence Thomas, whose wife was involved with the J6 as an excuse for Trump, makes no sense

  4. Steve Sadow really actually just argued – with a straight face, in front of a real actual judge – that a pretend officer of a madeup organization has an element of tenure and duration that a presidential elector does not. Hi Steve, since you have an issue with measurements let me explain that something that exists at all has more duration and tenure than something that does not 😂😂😂😂

  5. The evidence is clear sir…him and ronna mromney tried to stral 2020 with those fake electors…and the congressman and women tried with all their shanenaigans

  6. Donald Trump lost the 2020 election. That is a fact not the opinion of the Georgia state government. I don’t know how these attorneys are allowed to continue lying about this.

  7. If there was no questions about Trumps statements being true, the prosecuter argues that they could absolutley without a doubt prosecute due to the un protected speech used. Protection applies to truthful speech only and is not considered the same as protected political speech. So,,, The prosecuters argument is obviously a
deaperate far reaching reaction that i feel
shows the only possible way to proceed properly and within the laws is to dismiss.
If Trumps speach was found to be the truth, then he would still be president and none of this obserdity would have continued.

  8. So now the Fulton hearings will take 8 hours instead of 4 😵‍💫 because citizen trumb lawyers are taking forever with to what i wont make fun of like trumb does of a disability sttutering of Biden which i find offensive because i have dear friends and members of my family with that disbility for which (they shouldnt) feel embarrassed of, one of my disabilities i need reading glasses so i make several typos i am near sighted and i read the message after i send it and then someone “tries” to humiliate me (which trust me the person able to do that hasn’t been born of that i know of) with grammar and typos which trust me i am pretty good at both when i see properly with huge letters and keyboard which i dont have……on top they are disrespecting the judge one trying to intimidate him as they try with witnesses and victims which for me is shameful too….and throwing at the judge so many single point in a derrogatotive tone making the sentences or whatever anyone wants to call it again with an intimidary tone….which for me is to make more time to make this trial longer, good luck after…. For trying to intimidating the judge that trust me is noticing every single move and will use when he wants

  9. Why is Trump doing this to himself? All these court appearances are draining him. He now looks 90, againg so fast because of the stress. Worrying, sleeplessness and eating less & wrong. Plead guilty, go to jail & live a peaceful life in there. No bill payment(s), no yelling at people, educating yourself more, maybe die with a PhD in some discipline, repenting your sins by becoming born again ensuring your passage to Salvation & Eternity in the process. Think about it, Mr. Trump, you don't have long to live anyway. O.J Simpson, Bill Cosby, Al Capone, & many more went there & became better people.

  10. Blatant lie! Rules and laws are needed to protect and protect society from socially dangerous subjects. Trump is not just dangerous, he is a destroyer of society and a murderer of the state. This show is not worth the risks!

  11. So, the law suit, from what I researched is;

" That Trump Asked/Pressured Georgia Secretary of State Bradley Raffensberger to change or favor the State Election Results To Him"

Really..? No black mail, No money exchanged, No swat team or Navy Seals sent.

Hoping we realize that the 1st ammendment allows you ask and say what ever you want. Even if it is uncomfortable or stupid…..

It's not a Crime to Ask.. This is now about the Constitution and Americans… Not Trump….

** be careful what you wish for in Government. "What is good for the goose, is good for the gander"..

  12. This seems to be a big time waster on the part of this lawyer, who is telling the judge anything and everything that has nothing to do with this case as well as calling trump President . Why is this lawyer pretending to school this judge ? Why are there gas light lamps placed throughout this court room ?

  13. Fani Willis made very stupid decisions related to the election Rico case she is prosecuting for the Democrat Party.
There are three current ways this case will most likely be tossed out
1- There are two appeals to dismiss DA Fani Willis from the case for prosecutorial misconduct on the grounds of initial and continued extrajudicial comments (Fani simply can't keep her mouth shut, and continues to try this case in the court of public opinion, which is illegal)
2- If the Supreme court, decides that Former President Trump has Absolute Immunity for his actions taken while office, then the Ga, Rico case and other cases simply become null and void. Historically the court has held that Presidents can only be prosecuted for their actions taken while in office through the impeachment process. The court would therefore have to reverse that precedent in order to allow these prosecution cases to move foreword, its doubtful they will. Further, the court has indicated this immunity is eternal, covering the president during and after office.
This second issue would potentially void the Fla. documents case, the J6 Case and the Ga. Rico Case.
Therefore the Ga Rico Case is far from ever being heard in any court room at this point.
