Attorneys for Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani and others were in Fulton County court this afternoon for a hearing related to the Georgia election interference case. Giuliani’s lawyers raised double jeopardy concerns if his client is charged in other states, which fell flat with the judge who asked, “How does that become a double jeopardy issue if all the states are separate sovereigns?” A group of attorneys representing co-defendant Trevian Kutti, who appeared at the hearing virtually, asked to withdraw as counsel. Judge McAfee allowed them to do so and advised Kutti to find new representation.

  1. How are we 4 years into mainstream Zoom and we can't figure out who's the host or how to share screens? 😂

  2. Soi if citizen(s) reputation are harmed or destroyed by politician by claiming falsehoods against citizens is it not a financial or body injury loss? When they have been reported on national tv as cheating in the election, then public trust is gone for that private citizen. They have a hard or impossible time finding a job or an employer that will trust them or hire them. They have been traumatized by death threats which affects mental health. Is your mind not part of your body? I think that goes way beyond pain and suffering.

  3. Fani Willis is being investigated for hiring her boyfriend as a Prosecutor while giving him $650,000 for a few months of work, and they used it to travel on lavish vacations. Fani also had 3 trips to the W H, one before the trial and 2 during. This shows Biden was involved, in taking down Trump. This is getting interesting.

  4. Voter disenfranchisement is criminal,
    attempted or successful.
Done alone or done in concert.
    The damage done is incalculable.
The remedy is applying the agreed upon as well as agreeable laws of the land.
    No cheating.
People died over the rhetoric and lies.
The criminal phase of accountability is much more serious than the economic harms of the civil defamations and reckless endangerment inflicted on our elected officials by these individuals who condoned pitting patriot against patriot for position or vengeful gains,
A well-protected democracy for the Republic is the freedom of choice in our leadership.
If the electoral does not reflect the actual it is inaccurate. In my opinion

  5. lawyering is just really a battle to twist a legal ruling to make it sound the way you want it to and try make a judge or jury believe your version, because multiple lawyers can all argue over a single written sentence and make ups so many hair brained versions haha

  6. It's like he is saying that if you shoot a gun in a crowd and no one is hurt then there should not be any charges.

  7. Of course trump won’t show. I get it. If I get arrested and I can choice not to come to court?

  8. You people realize that this court is compromised, right? The prosecutor is banging the DA…this is not going anywhere. Cry harder 😂
