FALSE RAPE CASES are increasing.
Why does the law system ask the women for evidence? Why is its that her statement is an evidence whyy???
Even if 10 women get punished than the number of false cases will come down drastically
Why is there no punishment for women ? Criminal can be of any gender. When a women files false rape cases on the men and when the men is proved innocent why is there no punishment for her?? When a men rapes a women we ask for stringent punishment for him. So do u think that the women who files false cases should be felt that easily…. when a women threatens to file false cases she is supporting rape as she is take advantage of that. A girl who file false rape cases should be punished the way a rapist is punished.
Girls u need to raise ur voice today is someone tomorrow can be ur brother, father, cousin and anyone from ur family. Would u like if they spent days or month in jail even when they have not done anything????
The law has to be gender neutral. The indian law is against men ??? Why are men not humans?
False rape cases
That day is soon when men will start to take law in their hand as, if the indian law continues to be biased towards women then men will lose trust in the law system… men have committed suicide. More than women ,men commit suicide.
This law was for protecting of the women. But it's been misused alot almost 80-90% of cases be fake… there is no law to protect innocent men from fake cases. And there is no punishment given to the women when proved guilty.
