4. My personal experience is there is no justice. A sheriff (name remains unknown) granted an interdict against me on hearsay. Unfortunately since then my children have came to me black n blue and I have been terrorised directly from continued abuse! Shame on you Hamilton sherif courts. I hold it, Children’s reporter, police Scotland and social services in contempt for all THEIR failings. Bunch of bastards.

   Innocent until proven guilty ! Accept we can put you in the cells for 4 days without trial on the accusation of something that didn’t happen just so our judge can have his weekends to himself

   Also we will impose bail conditions and social restrictions to you again without trial or proof of guilt
